Privacy
Tracked terms are sensitive. They are private to your account, never shared between users, and never placed in public URLs or page titles.

What is stored
- Your account email and authentication record, handled by our authentication provider.
- The tracked terms you add, and whether each one is active or paused.
- Verified matches for your terms: page URL, domain, page title, and a short snippet from the search source, plus first-seen and last-seen timestamps.
- A record of each manual check you run, used to enforce plan limits.
- Your plan and subscription status.
- Feedback you choose to send, with your plan, page, app version, and device type.
Access and isolation
Database row-level security restricts every record to its owner. Support access to your data is not routine and is only used when you ask for help with a specific problem.
Third parties
Manual checks send only the phrase being checked to a web search provider. Your email address, account identifier, and other tracked terms are not sent. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; card data never reaches our servers.
Aggregate, anonymous usage analytics are collected without cookies, credentials, or personal identifiers.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a tracked term removes its stored matches. Ask through the support page to have your account and all associated records deleted; this is irreversible.
