Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel the Solo plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

Paid subscriptions are not open yet, so there is nothing to cancel today. Free accounts can be deleted at any time through the support page.

Your account returns to Free: 2 active tracked terms and 2 manual checks per day. Terms above that limit are paused rather than deleted, so nothing is lost and you can choose which ones stay active.

Previously stored matches remain visible unless you delete the tracked term.

If the service does not work as described, or you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that payment in full.

Partial refunds for unused days in a period that you simply stopped using are not issued; cancel instead and access will run out at the end of the period.
